The narrow streets, flowers hanging from the windows create a friendly and warm atmosphere. Cathedral of St. James is one of the main sights of the town. Another medieval town is Innsbruck, which is in the heart of Alps and is closer to ski resorts of Axamer Lizum Kühtai and others. Graz is on the south- eastern part of the country, it is famous for its Landeszeughaus museum of medieval arms. Except for its beautiful towns, anyone visiting Austria should visit its countryside and villages like Hallstatt. Hiking is a good idea too because nature of Austria is exceptionally beautiful. It is diverse and includes places like high mountains and flat areas and fields across beautiful Danube River.
